New Service Request

Welcome to the Porter Special Utility District! We recommend that you apply for service in-person at the District Office, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Along with the completed Service Application, the District requires a picture identification, a copy of the Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed, or signed Lease Agreement, and Customer Service Inspection. If leasing/renting, the District requires that the Owner sign the Service Application as well. Please reference the District's Rules and Regulations and Cross-Connection Control Program for more information.

The District accepts the following methods of payment: cash, money order, check, debit, and credit cards.
