The District has changed billing software and will no longer use StarnikPay as of November 1, 2023.

Porter Special Utility District has partnered with Paystar to offer a upgraded online payment software. Starting November 1, 2023 simply go the home page at https://portersud.com  and select "Pay Bill" to sign up. You will enjoy features like QuickPay to make a one time payment without the need to register an account, pay on any device, sign up for paperless billing,  manage multiple accounts, and enroll in AutoPay.
