The Infrastructure Fee is collected to help fund the District’s capital projects that support existing development in the District, like replacing aging infrastructure, and to meet the District’s debt service obligations for those projects. The Infrastructure Fee does not fund the Impact Fee Capital Improvement Plan, which identifies infrastructure necessary to support new development in the District.
