Contractors have began to connect the new waterline to each side street along Ford Road. Contractors will perform this work during the daytime hours. Work will start at Jane Avenue and will follow along Ford Road Towards Loop 494. We are anticipating that this process could take a few weeks. During this time, customers may experience periodic interuptions to water service.

STAGE 3 WATER RESTRICTIONS - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Porter SUD has suffered a mechanical failure at one of our primary water facilities. Crews are currently working to remedy the issue. In an effort to reduce water demand, we are implementing Stage 3 Water Restrictions EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. We ask that all customers help conserve water by adhering to the guidelines of our Stage 3 Water Restrictions while we work diligently to restore this water facility back to normal operation.
